We would like to explain some facts about our practice to you for a couple of reasons. First, we feel it is important that you know how we run our practice, and second we want to ask you for some help.
It has long been our goal to grow our financial planning practice primarily through referrals. The majority of new clients over the past few years have come through word-of-mouth advertising (referrals) from satisfied clients and others who know of the type of work we do.
As you are certainly aware, the costs involved in finding new clients and operating an independent business continues to go up. Doing good work for people and having them refer their friends helps keep expenses low. Otherwise, we would need to spend a lot more money in the newspaper or through mailings or radio.
Our clients have heard us say over and over how the secret of being financially successful is to keep expenses low. We practice what we preach. Therefore, we believe a great way to reduce our advertising cost is to divert some of those funds to a much better recipient - YOU!
Accordingly, we have established a Referral Reward Program.
Here's how it works:
For every referral from you who calls our office and comes in for a no obligation, no pressure first appointment, you will have a choice of the following up to a limit of $100 per person each calendar year:
- $50 donated to the charity of your choice, in your name.
- $50 gift certificate to a restaurant of your choice.
- $50 gift card for gasoline or a supermarket.
We hope you will keep us in mind not only for the referral reward, but because you feel we have really helped you or someone you know. Of course, if the referral reward helps you remember, that's OK too!
