Our Business Continuity Plan - Secured Weekly Backups and Data Redundancy
If our business is disrupted due to storms, hurricanes, or other natural disasters, and you cannot contact us as you usually do at 407-937-2234 or at info@supranerfinancial.com, our alternate phone is 407-782-7553 and email is nsupraner@cfl.rr.com.
We plan to quickly recover and resume business operations after a significant business disruption by circumstances which are out of our control. We intend to respond by safeguarding the members of our team, the financial records of our clients and of our firm, replacing the property of our firm and allowing our clients to transact business and access their funds in the shortest amount of time possible. Our intent is to allow our firm and our clients to resume normal operations as quickly as possible.
Our business continuity plan includes data backup on a weekly basis and data storage in an off site location. Should our office space become unusable, we are able to communicate with clients and conduct our business from a secondary location. The investment companies we work with are required to backup important records in a geographically separate area.
Depending on the severity of the disruption, your orders and requests for funds and securities could be delayed. Our goal is to protect the records of our clients and resume normal business operations as soon as we possible can.
